Michael Bryan is Vice President of Sales at Golden Technology, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in IT staffing and professional services. He has a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales, recruiting, and delivery organizations across enterprise markets.

Prior to joining Golden Technology, Michael spent over two decades at Mastech Digital, where he led national sales operations and helped grow the business from $92M to $180M through organic expansion and strategic client partnerships. He launched multiple new service lines, including remote delivery, ServiceNow, and offshore staffing, generating more than $17M in P&L.

Known for his strategic, people-first leadership style, Michael excels at aligning go-to-market strategy with operational execution to drive sustainable growth. He holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
